What is BRONI?

BRONI is an online booking and reservation platform that helps businesses manage appointments, bookings, and ticket sales in one place. Customers can easily book services online, anytime and anywhere.

Who can use BRONI?

BRONI is designed for all types of service-based businesses, including: beauty salons & barbershops, dentists & medical clinics, trainers, coaches and consultants, event organizers & workshops, restaurants (table reservations), car repair services, and freelancers (IT, designers, architects). If your business accepts bookings, BRONI is for you.

Is BRONI free to use?

Yes. BRONI offers a free platform for businesses to create profiles, manage bookings, and accept customers online. Some advanced features and payment integrations may be added later.

In which cities is BRONI available?

BRONI is currently launching in Uzbekistan, starting with major cities such as Tashkent. Our platform is designed to scale quickly, and we are actively expanding to other cities across Uzbekistan. Businesses from any city can already register and create profiles, and customers will soon be able to find and book services nationwide.

How does online booking work?

1. The business creates a profile on BRONI. 2. Services, schedules, or tickets are added. 3. Customers choose a service, date, and time. 4. The booking is confirmed instantly. No phone calls. No paperwork. Everything is online.

Can customers book without registration?

Yes. Customers can make bookings with or without creating an account, depending on the business settings.

Can I cancel or reschedule bookings?

Yes. Both business owners and customers can cancel or reschedule bookings based on the business rules you set.

Tickets & Events

Can I sell tickets for events or trainings?

Yes. BRONI allows you to create ticket-based events: set a ticket name, set a price, limit the number of tickets (for example, 50 people), and sell tickets online. This is perfect for trainings, workshops, seminars, and consultations.

Payment

How do payments work?

Payments will be processed through Payme.uz, a trusted third-party online payment provider in Uzbekistan. A payment widget and payment link will be integrated. Customers will be able to pay online during booking or ticket purchase. BRONI does not store bank card data.

Business Dashboard

Can I manage my bookings in one dashboard?

Yes. Every business gets a Business Dashboard where you can: view all bookings, manage schedules, approve or cancel bookings, see customer information, and manage services, tickets, and gallery images.

Mobile & Access

Is BRONI available on mobile?

Yes. BRONI is available as a mobile-friendly website. A mobile application (App Store & Google Play) is coming soon.

How do customers know a business uses BRONI?

Businesses can place a BRONI sticker or badge on their entrance door. This shows customers that online booking is available, the business uses a modern and trusted system, and booking is fast and easy.
